So...what DO we do?
The James Hamilton Company has been in development for years. 25+ years in business learning best practices (and those to avoid) from many, many companies and sources. James Hamilton, CEO, was a college student for 8 years before becoming a "professional" student in Life. His background includes honors in: Spanish poetry, Jazz saxaphone performance, Anatomy/Physiology, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Economics, and Effective Communication. He is NOT good at Geography, the French or Mandarin languages, or painting....but is always willing to learn!
Our influences are diverse:
Ken Blanchard, Jim Collins, Stephen Covey, Kathy Dempsey and her wonderful lizard, Gandhi, Jeffrey Gitomer, Lou Holtz, John Maxwell, Suze Orman, Pat Riley, Anthony Robbins, Sam & Helen Walton, Jack Welch, Zig Ziglar, and the amazing Jim Henson & his muppets...just to name a few.
We have helped create: Company Policy & Procedure manuals, re-organized organizational charts, developed Marketing plans...that work, designed customer-driven programs, trained recruiters, trainers, and presenters...and even stocked shelves and drove a forklift or two!
